Ram Navami is a Hindu festival, where the birth of Lord Rama is celebrated. The festival celebrates the descent of Vishnu in the form of Lord Rama.
Many people decorate their house, put up marigold flowers and mango leaves in front of their gates, make rangoli and worship Lord Ram, Mata Sita, Laxman and Lord Hanuman.
As per the Hindu calendar, Ram Navami falls in the month of Chaitra, as it signifies the start of the spring season. And according to Hinduism, spring means starting fresh, as trees grow new leaves, flowers bloom, days become longer and brighter. Spring is nature’s way of doing a new Start for the year.
And what better occasion than Lord Rama’s Birthday, to start off with new things, new beginning and new journey to have joy all around us.

As lord Ram lived a disciplined life and has proved that prevailing over bad is possible when you are consistent by killing the 10 headed Ravana. Identify that 10 headed Ravana in your life and quit that habit, so to defeat the evil and live a peaceful and prosperous life ahead.

This is a great time to start a new business or launch new projects. One can also start being a better Human, adopting a new lifestyle to make it fruitful for everyone around.
- Put up a Plant
As nature provided exile to Lord Rama in forest. In these times, forest helps us create clean and liveable environment around us. You may not be able to plant a whole forest but you can still put up a plant in your locality, garden or in your own Balcony to commemorate the festival of Ram Navami. And thank mother nature for providing you an ecosystem to live in.
